If you have ever had the pleasure of talking to Bob Fix Sr you will soon come to realize that here is a man who never stands still and believes you have to constantly keep improving things. One of the things Bob has done over the years is to create more ponds to collect water for irrigation. Bob has always enjoyed using heavy equipment and is right at home on his "Dozer". One man with a mission and a large diesel powered bulldozer can do wonders. Below are some pictures taken during the summer of 2002 showing Bob at work creating a pond. The bottom picture shows how nicely it has filled with natural springs in 2004. |
